Scott discovered Corolla when the northern outer banks first started to develop more than 30 years ago. What began as a beach getaway from Williamsburg became the place he would call home.
Before real estate, he built and led an advertising and television production company, work that initially brought him to the Outer Banks. That background still shapes how Scott markets property today — with an emphasis on positioning, presentation, and clear messaging.
