Before Scott Wheeler was helping clients buy and sell homes in Corolla, he was building stories behind the camera. As the owner of a successful advertising and television production company, Scott spent years helping others bring their visions to life. At 46, he and his wife sold the company, homeschooled their two children, and spent time traveling the country together in an RV. It was an unconventional path—and one that shaped the way Scott sees the world and connects with people.
Eventually, life brought Scott to the family’s second home in Corolla full-time. What began as a vacation getaway quickly became something more: a place to regroup, reconnect, and root himself in a tight-knit coastal community he already loved. He began working as a top-producing agent at other real estate firms before opening Corolla Realty in the heart of Corolla Village.
Scott’s approach to real estate blends deep local knowledge, calm confidence, and a personal touch that comes from living where he works and truly caring about the people he helps. He’s invested in the community—both as a resident and as a sponsor of local events—and when he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find him running the beach with his dog.
